You may submit text-based prompts (e.g., “Generate a blog post about AI automation”) to generate articles, blog posts, social media content, and other written materials. Generated outputs are intended for personal, educational, or internal commercial use.

1.3 Prohibited Use

You may not:

• Submit content you do not have the rights to
• Use the Service for illegal, harmful, or fraudulent purposes
• Reverse-engineer, disrupt, or interfere with the AI system or platform
• Generate content for spam, misinformation, or malicious purposes

2.1 Points Overview

• Points are used to generate AI content outputs
• Points can be purchased via Starter, Pro, or Power packs
• You may also earn points via promotions or referrals

2.2 Usage

Each content generation consumes points. More iterations may cost additional points.

2.3 Non-Expiring

Points do not expire but are non-transferable and tied to your account (if applicable).

2.4 Refunds

• Unused point packs are refundable within 7 days of purchase
• Points used on failed generations (technical errors) are automatically refunded
• Points are not refunded for preference-based dissatisfaction; users are encouraged to retry using iterations or contact support

3.1 No Storage

Prompts and generated content are processed in-memory only and cleared upon page refresh, session end, or within 24 hours.

3.2 Accuracy Disclaimer

While we strive for high-quality outputs, generated content may require fact-checking, editing, and refinement. You are responsible for reviewing and verifying all generated content before publication or use.

3.3 Prompt Responsibility

You are responsible for the content of prompts. Do not input confidential, copyrighted, or proprietary material you do not own or have rights to.

3.4 Content Quality & Appropriateness

You are responsible for ensuring generated content meets your quality standards, is appropriate for your intended audience, and complies with applicable laws and platform guidelines where published.

4.1 Your Prompts & Outputs

You retain ownership of your prompts and generated content outputs. You may use them commercially, subject to applicable laws and third-party content guidelines.

4.2 Platform Content

All proprietary AI models, platform code, branding, and designs of OmniScribeAI remain our exclusive property.

5.1 Referral Rewards

You may earn points for referring new users, subject to limits and terms posted on the platform.

5.2 Abuse

Fraudulent referrals (e.g., self-referrals or bots) may result in account suspension and forfeiture of referral points.

6.1 User-Initiated

You may delete your account at any time. All points, referral stats, and associated data will be permanently lost.

6.2 Platform-Initiated

We may suspend or terminate accounts for violations of these Terms or misuse of the Service.
