Available for preview/download. Processed in memory only; not stored long-term unless explicitly saved by the user.

Account & Points Information:

Includes point balance, purchase history, and plan level (Starter/Pro/Power).

Usage Logs:

IP, browser/device, timestamps, and interactions — used to monitor performance, prevent abuse, and support users.

Referral Data:

Tracks which users you’ve referred and any earned points.

Support Messages:

Emails or form submissions and any attachments you send to us.

Generated content is for personal, educational, or internal use. You are responsible for ensuring prompts do not infringe copyrights or intellectual property laws and for fact-checking generated content before publication.

2. Why We Collect It

Generate content: Transform prompts into high-quality written content via AI
Manage points and billing: Track usage, purchases, and refunds
Maintain platform security: Detect abuse, maintain performance, and improve the Service
Support & referrals: Assist users and award referral points

3. Data Storage & Deletion

Prompts & generated content: Memory-only; permanently deleted after session ends or within 24 hours
Account, usage, referral, support data: Retained while your account is active and for audit/tax purposes (typically up to 2 years)
Support discussions: Stored until resolved + 2 years
Account deletion: We erase all personal data except legally required records (e.g., purchase receipts)

4. Cookies & Local Storage

Essential cookies: Handle session, authentication, and point balance updates
Optional analytics cookies: Only used if you opt in; can be disabled via your browser

Payment partner: Handles point purchases; we never store card data

Delete your account and request removal of personal data
